When Did the Temperature Reach -31.6 Degrees? Surenyans Perspective
In December 2002, the Ararat Plain and Yerevan experienced some of the most severe frosts recorded in meteorological history. In the Ararat region, the temperature dropped to -31.6 degrees, while in Yerevan, it reached -28.2 degrees, reports Gagik Surenyans.
