Body of Leading Specialist Found at Ministry of Finance

On December 12, at around 13:20, a call was received by the Central Police Department indicating that the ambulance team 08 from the 'Central' ambulance station had responded to a call at 1 Melik Adamyan Street, where a woman’s body was discovered, as reported by Shamshyan.com.

Police and investigators have determined that the deceased is 65-year-old Alisa A., a resident of Yerevan, who fell from the stairs in the administrative building of the Ministry of Finance at around 13:10 on the same day, hitting her head against the railing and dying on the spot.

According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic expert, there were no signs of violence detected on the body during the external examination.

By the decision of the investigator, a forensic examination of the body has been initiated. A criminal case has been opened based on the characteristics of murder.
