Video: Who Were the Men Engaging in Hooliganism at the Muratsan Medical Center?

On November 16, a video surfaced online showing a group of individuals assaulting a security staff member at the Muratsan Medical Center. On November 17, the criminal investigators from the Erebuni division of the police, in collaboration with colleagues from Yerevan City Directorate, arrested two individuals seen in the footage on Babajanyan Street in the capital. One of them is a resident of the village of POkur Mantash in the Shirak region, while the other is from Yerevan. Both have been previously convicted multiple times.

During the search, a substance resembling marijuana was found in the vehicle. The detained individuals were brought to the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts' investigative division, where a criminal case was initiated regarding the incident. The Erebuni police have also identified and presented the other participants in the incident to the investigative body. The circumstances are being clarified in the course of the pre-trial investigation.
