As a result of the explosion in a residential building in the village of Timovskoye, Sakhalin, the number of casualties has reached 10. Four of the victims are children.
It is reported that on November 19, an explosion of household gas occurred in a five-story residential building, causing all five floors to collapse, according to РИА Новости.
