Belgorod Region of Russia Shelled, Injuries Reported
The Belgorod region of Russia has been shelled again. This was reported by the regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. He stated, 'As a result of the shelling of the village of Nizhniy Olshanets, there are 2 injured, one of whom sustained shrapnel injuries to the lower limbs,' Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.
He noted that ambulance crews have been dispatched to the scene. As a result of the shelling, 6 private homes have been damaged. The regional head Vladimir Pertsev and representatives of operational services continue home visits.
It is worth mentioning that the Belgorod region of Russia is regularly shelled by Ukrainians. For instance, on November 15, anti-aircraft defense forces shot down a Ukrainian 'Tochka-U' missile over the settlement of Valuyki, the debris of which fell on a hotel. As a result, one person was killed, and another was injured.
