Military Personnel Express Discontent: Few Will Be Able to Qualify for Certification
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that dissatisfaction is rising in the army regarding the upcoming certification prospects, with claims that very few will be able to pass.
According to our sources in the Ministry of Defense, the directions for certification are known: mandatory "Fire Preparedness," mandatory "Physical Preparation," and a questionnaire consisting of 50-60 questions, depending on the sector. For example, questions concerning finance in financial departments, and communications and technologies in the communications department.
However, military financial specialists are also required to pass the "Fire Preparedness" and "Physical Preparation" tests, and if they fail the first stage, they will receive two additional chances for certification; failing to qualify will result in their dismissal from the system.
According to our source, it will also be difficult for skilled military personnel who are well-versed in military affairs, excellent commanders or officers, as they may not be able to answer theoretical questions and risk being excluded from the system.
The idea of certification has not been well received by senior military officials. Many are expressing dissatisfaction about how police and national security employees, without any certification, receive substantial salaries, while the army, meant to be the most crucial institution today, is overlooked.
The certification project is expected to be finalized by the end of December.
