A disturbing incident involving the Deputy Governor of Lori, Hovhannes Avetisyan, has been reported. A citizen connected to the media outlet has relayed that the Deputy Governor struck a policeman and tore off his epaulettes right before their eyes. Following a warning from the policeman, the Deputy Governor, feeling entitled, became involved in an argument and assaulted him.
