“The Prime Minister has never made such a campaign promise” - Taron Chakhoyan

The Deputy Head of the Prime Minister’s Office, Taron Chakhoyan, states: “Gegham Nazaryan is clearly lying. During a live broadcast on Public Television, MP Gegham Nazaryan claimed that prior to the 2021 parliamentary elections, the Prime Minister promised to return Shushi and Hadrut. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has never made such a campaign promise. Moreover, during the same broadcast on Public Television, the promise to return Shushi and Hadrut was made by Gegham Manukyan, an MP from the ‘Armenia’ alliance, who has yet to clarify how he plans to return Shushi and Hadrut.”
