Biden on Russia's Withdrawal from Kherson

US President Joe Biden has spoken about Moscow's decision to withdraw troops from Kherson, stating that it was anticipated and reflects the problems existing within Russia, according to the BBC.

“First, I find it interesting that they delayed this decision, but we have known for a long time that they would make it before the elections in the US. And this decision indicates that they, the Russian army, have significant issues,” Biden said during a press briefing at the White House on Wednesday.

Earlier, it was reported that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered the troops to withdraw from Kherson.
