Nikol Pashinyan on Azerbaijan's Actions

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, wrote on his Twitter account: "Azerbaijan refers to Artsakh Armenians as 'our citizens,' while at the same time shooting at them as they are occupied with agricultural work. Since November 9, 2020, three civilians have been killed and 16 injured due to 54 assassination attempts. Is this the implementation of the claim when Azerbaijan says 'the Artsakh issue is resolved'?"

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reported that on November 12, Azerbaijani soldiers fired at peaceful residents of the Kharamort village in the Askeran region, resulting in one person being injured.
