The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense's statement claiming that on November 15 at 21:40, units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is yet another instance of disinformation. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
