The Ministry of Defense Has Issued a Statement
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense continues to disseminate misinformation. During the night of November 3rd to 4th, the Armed Forces of Armenia did not open fire toward Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. This information has been reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
