Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister to Depart for the US
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in the United States. This was announced by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a joint session of the permanent committees on European integration and financial-credit and budgetary issues of the National Assembly.
He noted that he would depart for Washington in a few days: "There will be a meeting between me, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken," he said.
It is noteworthy that on October 31, a trilateral summit was held in Sochi with the participation of the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan: Nikol Pashinyan, Vladimir Putin, and Ilham Aliyev. As a result of the negotiations, a joint statement was adopted. During the Sochi summit, a private conversation was also held among the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan: Ararat Mirzoyan, Sergey Lavrov, and Jeyhun Bayramov.
