"We were unable to generate the power necessary to remove this government," said Seyran Ohanyan, head of the "Armenia" parliamentary faction, in a talk with journalists in the National Assembly.

"A broader mobilization was not possible because some people have issues, many of our supporters are in prisons under pressure, and some outside are actually in a confused state. Now we believe that while working in the National Assembly, our like-minded individuals should be behind us," Ohanyan stated, adding that people should not be sent home.

The parliamentarian noted that rallies are not meant to turn into other actions.
