This is a step of spitting in the face of the state and the nation: Vandalism against the statue of Nzhdeh

Television host Abraham Gasparyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Vandalism against the statue of Nzhdeh. There is no shortage of those who serve the enemy's agenda within the country. Nzhdeh has not become a random target, and the inscription translated from Farsi as ‘Death to Khamenei’ does not fit within the context of the national-state ideology, interests, and values of the Armenian people and Armenia, not to mention the disgusting and hostile desecration of the memory of a great leader.

“I demand that the Police of the Republic of Armenia immediately identify the criminal group (individual), publish their identity, and impose the harshest punishment. This is a step of spitting in the face of the state and the nation. The dignity of a police officer and their epaulettes begins with this and similar monuments. This is a clear and dangerous geopolitical step, which is a precursor to a worse future.”
