Lavrov Meets Macron and Scholz

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated that he had brief meetings with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. According to international media reports, Lavrov indicated during the discussions that Ukraine is disrupting the negotiation process with Russia.

It is worth recalling that on the early morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the decision to launch a special military operation against Ukraine, as the self-proclaimed LPR and DPR requested assistance. Military operations in Ukraine have now been ongoing for the 264th day.
