Araik Harutyunyan Dismisses David Babayan and 8 Other Ministers
On November 23, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, signed a series of decrees regarding the dismissal of several ministers.
According to these decrees, Mikael Hayriyan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Health. The responsibilities of the Minister of Health have been temporarily entrusted to Deputy Minister Arthur Ohanjanyan.
Norayr Musayelyan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Agriculture. The responsibilities of the Minister of Agriculture have been temporarily entrusted to First Deputy Minister Tigran Arstamyan.
Anahit Hakobyan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports. The responsibilities of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports have been temporarily entrusted to Deputy Minister Hasmik Minasyan.
Armine Petrosyan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Social Development and Migration. The responsibilities of the Minister of Social Development and Migration have been temporarily entrusted to First Deputy Minister Vahram Arakelyan.
Haik Khanumyan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. The responsibilities of the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure have been temporarily entrusted to First Deputy Minister Vardan Beglaryan.
Girayr Mirzoyan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Justice and appointed as the Acting Minister of Justice.
David Babayan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs and appointed as the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Aram Sargsyan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Urban Development and appointed as the Acting Minister of Urban Development.
Vahram Baghdasaryan has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Finance and Economics and appointed as the Acting Minister of Finance and Economics.
