Why Putin Will Not Attend the G20 Summit
The decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin not to participate in the G20 summit is related to his schedule and the necessity of his presence in the country. This information was shared with journalists by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov.
“This is precisely the decision of the head of state, related to his schedule and the necessity of being in Russia,” Peskov said.
It is noteworthy that the G20 summit will take place on November 15-16 in Bali, Indonesia. Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will lead the Russian delegation at the summit.
