Finally, Aliyev Admitted in His 'Magnificent' Speech: Marukyan
Finally, he admitted it. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev acknowledged in a 'magnificent' speech that his country started the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War, despite previously asserting otherwise, a claim well-documented. This was written by Edmond Marukyan, the Armenian Ambassador-at-Large, on his Twitter microblog.
In another post, he noted, 'Azerbaijan constantly violates and deceives the trilateral ceasefire agreement. They cannot keep their word. In particular, Azerbaijan is currently violating the latest agreement they signed in Sochi.'
