Unreleased Recordings Stolen from Michael Jackson's Home; Suspect Identified
In Los Angeles, personal belongings and recordings of Michael Jackson have been stolen from the singer's home, with damages estimated at one million dollars. This was reported by the TMZ portal.
The management company of the singer's estate has filed a complaint listing the stolen items. These included unreleased recordings of Jackson's performances, a photo album, a black bag featuring a skull design, award diplomas, and a doll portraying the singer.
A former boyfriend of Jackson's sister, Jeffrey Phillips, is under suspicion. It is presumed that he removed the property while the star's relatives were dealing with matters related to his death.
Moreover, Phillips attempted to auction off some of the stolen items. The auction was prohibited after a complaint from the company responsible for the homes of famous individuals. Michael Jackson's heirs have inherited around $580 million.
