Trump Calls Nancy Pelosi 'Animal'

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has referred to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as an animal, according to Politico. "To be honest, I think she’s an animal," Trump stated during a rally supporting Republican candidates ahead of the congressional midterms in Dayton.

Realizing the potential backlash for his comment, Trump added, "Now they'll say, 'What a terrible thing to say. He called Nancy Pelosi an animal.'" He also referred to the Speaker as "Crazy Nancy Pelosi," a nickname he has frequently used in the past.
