Photos: Azerbaijani TV Channels Release Videos Against Russian Peacekeepers in Artsakh
Azerbaijani television networks are broadcasting reports against Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh. These reports claim that the peacekeepers have supplied weapons and ammunition to Artsakh. It is also reported that Russia is violating provisions of the agreement signed with Azerbaijan.
Just yesterday, we noted that the Azerbaijani state TV channel AzTv, known for its numerous anti-Armenian broadcasts, addressed Moscow during its recent report, stating that by 2025, there will be no Russian soldiers remaining in Artsakh.
The broadcaster stated, “Azerbaijan could even accelerate the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Artsakh and organize it now since the Russian peacekeepers are only engaging with socially vulnerable women in Artsakh.” Azerbaijan sees everything but remains silent, as it does not want to escalate tensions in the region.
“We have not forgotten the anti-Azerbaijani actions of Russian peacekeepers,” it further emphasized.
It is worth noting that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during a speech at the 6th congress of the Civil Contract party before heading to a trilateral meeting in Sochi, declared his readiness to sign a document in Sochi that would unconditionally extend the presence of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh. However, there was no mention of this in the statement released following the trilateral meeting.
