Former MP Naira Zohrabyan writes on her Facebook page: “Garo or Karo, Pailan or Palyan, who is currently in Armenia on a Turkish tour, mourns the ‘genocide’ of Khojaly together with the Azerbaijanis, stating, ‘I will respectfully commemorate the hundreds of Azerbaijanis killed in Khojaly. The Azerbaijani people have been demanding justice for 27 years. I will respectfully commemorate the hundreds of Armenians killed in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan. The Armenian people have been demanding justice for 31 years. Let us ignore the identities of the perpetrators and the victims of the crimes. Let us not compare our sorrows. On February 26, let us all be the Azerbaijanis from Khojaly, and on February 27, the Armenians from Sumgayit. Let us confront each other, let us heal...’
