Kyiv Provides Written Guarantee to Moscow

Russia has confirmed the resumption of its participation in the "grain agreement." This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense, which specified that Russia has received a written guarantee from Ukraine that the grain corridor will not be used for military operations against the Russian Federation.

"Ukraine has officially assured that the maritime humanitarian corridor will be used only in accordance with the provisions of the Black Sea initiative," the Ministry of Defense's statement reads.
