Putin Lies Again: Aram Sargsyan

The President of Russia, V.V. Putin, is lying once again and trying to attribute the blame for his betrayal to the Armenian people and government. This was stated by Aram Sargsyan, the head of the 'Republic' party, on his Facebook page, noting that the Armenian side agreed to the proposal for the return of five regions of Artsakh during the negotiations in Kazan, which the third President of Armenia has repeatedly highlighted.

'If the American proposal is detrimental to Armenia, it is unclear why Aliyev is avoiding the favorable Western offers and prefers to shift the issue to the realm of the Moscow trilateral agreements,' Sargsyan wrote.

It should be noted that yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia had been offering for years to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh issue by handing over five regions, from which people have fled and been left empty, but the Armenian side has followed its own path, which 'has led to the situation that has developed at this time.'
