17-Year-Old Stabs 23-Year-Old Neighbor

On October 25, the Ararat Medical Center notified the Ararat police department that a 23-year-old resident of Ujan village was admitted with stab wounds.

He reported that he had fallen while cutting a tree on the mountain.

The Public Relations and Information Department of the RA Police informs that the criminal investigators of the Ararat police department, following investigative measures, determined that the injuries were inflicted by a 17-year-old neighbor during a confrontation that occurred on Vardges Petrosyan Street in Ararat City.

The minor was found in the Ujan community, arrested, and taken to the police station, where he confessed to stabbing the 23-year-old neighbor during an argument over household issues.

The 17-year-old and the relevant documents have been sent to the Aragatsotn Regional Investigation Department.
