Will Ukraine Use a 'Dirty Bomb'? Zelensky Provides Details
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has responded to reports that surfaced on Sunday regarding Kyiv preparing a provocation involving a 'dirty bomb.' In a video address, he stated, 'This week, our number one diplomatic task will be to explain what is happening. The world will be with us. The world will understand.'
According to Zelensky, the threats, which he claims are coming from the Russian Federation, provide grounds for sanctions and greater support for Ukraine. Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu had expressed concerns to his counterparts in the United States, France, and Turkey regarding the possible use of a 'dirty bomb' by Kyiv.
