Pashinyan, Aliyev, and Putin May Soon Meet: Diplomatic Source from Vedomosti
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, may meet in Russia and hold trilateral negotiations with the participation of Vladimir Putin. This information was reported by a diplomatic source from Vedomosti.
The media notes that preparations began on October 14 during Putin's conciliatory speech at the CIS summit in Astana, where territorial disputes between Armenia and Azerbaijan were discussed.
Another source from Vedomosti mentioned that the negotiations could take place in late October, with Moscow and Sochi considered as the main venues. “Most likely, the choice will fall on Sochi,” he stated.
