Ukraine Must Be Prepared for Massive Power, Water, and Heating Outages

Ukraine must prepare for massive outages of electricity, water, and heating. This was stated by Kirill Timoshchenko, the deputy head of the Ukrainian President's Office, as reported by Ukrainian media.

“We have a critical situation across the country. One region is dependent on another. We need to prepare the entire country for potential outages in both electricity, water supply, and heating,” said Timoshchenko.
