The Human Rights Defender of Armenia confirmed that the incident occurred on September 13 of this year during a large-scale attack by the Azerbaijani armed forces on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.

“The fact is confirmed by examining the location, comparing the videos with similar footage available in our and other databases, and a comprehensive comparison of weather conditions, the uniforms of servicemen, conversations of Azerbaijani soldiers, and other parameters,” Grigoryan noted.
