MoD on Footage of Prisoners Being Executed

Recently, a video has surfaced online showing representatives of the Azerbaijani armed forces executing Armenian prisoners of war.

Auroranews.am contacted the press secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Aram Torosyan. In our conversation regarding the circulated video, he stated, “We cannot provide any specific information about the location and timing at the moment; the relevant authorities are currently examining the footage. Regarding its authenticity, we believe there is no doubt—it reflects a signature style characteristic of Azerbaijani armed forces. This style is known to us and the international community from undeniable evidence of similar incidents that have occurred previously.”
