Groups Formed by the Euro 2024 Qualifying Draw Are Known

The draw for the qualifying round of the 2024 UEFA European Football Championship took place in Frankfurt, revealing the opponents of the Armenian national team in the battle for Euro tickets.

The Armenian team was placed in the third pot, and as a result of the draw, our national team finds itself in Group D, where its opponents will be the national teams of Croatia, Wales, Turkey, and Latvia. After 14 years, the national teams of Armenia and Turkey will once again meet in the qualifying group for Euro 2024.

The groups formed by the Euro 2024 qualifying draw are as follows:

The final round of the 2024 European Championship will take place across 10 cities in Germany, and as the host country, Germany did not participate in the draw. The teams that finish in the first and second places of the 10 qualifying groups will secure tickets to the European Championship, while the other three tickets will be determined through playoff matches and the results of the Nations League.

The Euro 2024 qualifying round will commence in March 2023 and conclude in November of the same year, while the playoff matches will take place in March 2024.
