Beglaryan on Ruben Vardanyan's Possible Appointment as Minister of State of Artsakh
The Minister of State of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, made a post on Facebook in response to the statement by President Araik Harutyunyan regarding the proposal to appoint Ruben Vardanyan as the Minister of State of Artsakh.
Artak Beglaryan's post is presented below:
“Dear compatriots,
In continuation of the recent statement by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, regarding the proposal to appoint Ruben Vardanyan as Minister of State, I would like to emphasize a few points:
1. I believe that in this situation, it is a much-needed and wise decision, and I fully support the President's proposal.
2. A strategic manager of global caliber like Ruben Vardanyan, a person of high values, presents great opportunities for any state, especially for the Republic of Artsakh, which is experiencing a deep crisis. Therefore, his decision to move to Artsakh is the best chance to effectively realize his potential and sense of mission, which, in my opinion, is best achieved by holding the position of Minister of State with broad powers.
3. I would like to note that my assessments and those of Mr. Vardanyan regarding the current and future issues of Artsakh, as well as our approaches to solving problems, largely coincide, and for this reason, I believe that he can ensure significant progress in both domestic and foreign directions.
4. As for the assessments of my previous activities and my future actions, I will have the opportunity to discuss this in detail later. I continue and will continue my service to my Fatherland with all my potential, values, and principles, and in any position and circumstance, I remain a soldier for the sake of the Armenian statehood and national resurgence.”
