At least 15-20 minutes of firing yesterday, says Avetyan
Yesterday evening, Azerbaijani forces targeted Armenian positions located in the direction of Nerkhin Shorzha. The firing lasted for at least 15-20 minutes. This was mentioned by the former mayor of Geghamasar, Hakob Avetyan, in an interview with Factinfo.
"Shot reports are almost a daily occurrence. In fact, gunfire from automatic weapons has become common. We are surprised on days when there is no shooting. Imagine, we no longer consider it unusual; it has become a constant reality," said Avetyan.
It is worth noting that the Armenian Ministry of Defense issued a statement yesterday evening, indicating that around 9:30 PM on October 3, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire using mortars and large-caliber firearms towards Armenian combat positions located in the eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. The return actions of the Armed Forces of Armenia silenced the adversary's fire.
