European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Vucic share a laugh while remaining silent and pretending that Azerbaijani forces are not killing Armenians. This was noted by American journalist Lindsey Snell, who shared footage of the aforementioned meeting.

Kerem Şambar-yer-geri, a researcher at the Munich Media Research Institute, also addressed this topic, writing, “Look who Ursula von der Leyen was sitting next to yesterday; next to Aliyev, the Azerbaijani dictator who is now the EU’s best friend because Azerbaijan has gas.”
