Video: 'My friend is coming to Armenia, said he can't find a hotel for one night for 500 euros,' Khachatryan

After a meeting of the Economic Affairs Committee of the National Assembly, Minister of Economy Vahan Khachatryan responded to a journalist's question regarding the increase in real estate prices, noting that rental and sale prices have risen. He was asked whether regulations could be introduced in light of this situation.

'My friend is coming to Armenia for a few days and said he can't find a hotel for one night for 500 euros. We are currently doing extensive work to introduce low-rent apartments and rooms into the market,' Khachatryan said.
