The Queen of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Elizabeth II, has passed away due to old age. This is stated in the monarch's death certificate, which was issued on September 16 and made public today. The certificate was signed by Paul Lowe, the chief registrar of deaths and marriages in Scotland.
