“Farmers can’t prove my lies, I’ve done everything I said.” This was stated by Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan following a meeting with residents of Armavir.

It should be noted that for more than two hours today, grape growers from the Armavir region have been protesting in front of the main building of the government. They claim that, as usual, they cultivated their grapes, but with October approaching, they still have not been informed about where and how much they should harvest.

They are frustrated by the proposed price of 100 drams per kilogram for their grapes, while the cost of producing the grapes is 120 drams per kilogram.

The minister met with them, and a discussion took place.
