«If this continues, the future negotiation process will be in the following format: Baku, Stepanakert, and to some extent, Moscow. What consequences this format may bring, I will suggest our experts and journalists evaluate,» former Armenian President Robert Kocharian stated today during a press conference, commenting on the situation in Artsakh.

«The impression is that the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh have adapted to this situation to some extent. Of course, in their statements, they talk about self-determination, sovereignty, and the Republic, but in other discussions, the topic is a bit different,» Kocharian added.
