The Wave of Mass Protests in Europe Continues: Now It's France's Turn
The mass protests in Europe continue unabated. On Saturday, September 3, residents of the French capital took to the streets. Citizens expressed their dissatisfaction with President Emmanuel Macron's actions.
Participants in the protest believe that the government is not doing enough to consider the well-being of the French people. The demonstrators called for Macron to resign.
Earlier reports indicated that in the Czech Republic, at least 70,000 citizens had taken to the streets of the capital. People were calling for the return of cheap Russian gas and for the government to regulate prices in the country.
