Police Officers Inject Substance into Citizen's Eyes Before Brutally Beating Him: Alert

A short while ago, police officers stopped a citizen, demanding identification documents. The citizen requested a moment to call home and have his family bring the documents. This was reported by Garabet Poghosyan, an opposition activist from Gyumri, on his Facebook page.

He also added, “According to the citizens who approached me, the police refused to grant any time. They used a special substance, injecting a drug into the citizen's eyes, after which they began to brutally beat him... The citizen’s self-awareness has sharply deteriorated, and they even prohibited local residents from giving him water, stating that the drug they used could cause blindness... An ambulance team has arrived at the scene, and local residents are fiercely arguing with the police, understandably calling them Turks.”
