Explosion at Car Maintenance Shop Owned by MP Haik Sargsyan's Father

Auroranews reported moments ago that explosions were heard in the Arabkir administrative district. The police stated that they received such an alert today.

“On August 31, at 5:00 AM, the 911 service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported to the police that a citizen had called to inform them that an explosion was heard at the intersection of Komitas Avenue and Papazyan Street. A citizen who was at the scene told the operational group that around 4:20 AM, they heard a sound resembling an explosion, after which they noticed that the glass door of the car maintenance shop on N. Zaryan Street was damaged. The circumstances are being clarified. An investigation is underway,” police representatives told Auroranews.

It should be noted that, according to information from Gagik Shamshanyan, the explosion occurred at the car maintenance shop owned by MP Haik Sargsyan's father.
