Turkish Driver Hits Author of Book on Azerbaijani War Crimes

Tomash Lech Buczek, a Polish lawyer and politician and the author of a book on Azerbaijani war crimes, was hit by a vehicle on August 22. Buczek is currently hospitalized, with his condition reported as stable.

Reports on social media indicate that the driver of the vehicle that struck Buczek was a 21-year-old citizen of Turkey. It is noted that Buczek has received numerous threats from Azerbaijan and Turkey since the publication of his book detailing war crimes during the 44-day war.
