Details Revealed on Those Arrested in Surmalu Mall Explosion Case

In the case of the explosion at the Surmalu shopping center, one of those arrested is the deputy director of the shopping center, while another is the lessee of the exploded area. ArmLur.am was able to obtain information about the other two individuals who were also arrested; specifically, these two individuals were the operators of the warehouse.

It is noteworthy that today the prosecutor's office issued a statement regarding the criminal case initiated in connection with the explosion that occurred on August 14, 2022, at approximately 1:30 PM at the address 15 Arshakuniats Avenue, Yerevan, which is currently being investigated by the division for serious crimes of the Yerevan investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee.
