‘Armenia’ Medical Center Clarifies Information Regarding Maternal Death

‘Armenia’ Medical Center has released a statement regarding today’s reports that a 20-year-old expectant mother died at the Republican Maternity Hospital.

“Today, several media outlets have reported that a 20-year-old expectant mother has died at the ‘Armenia’ Medical Center. Once again, we must clarify that the ‘Armenia’ Medical Center does not have a Maternity Hospital and has no connection to the Republican Institute of Perinatology, Obstetrics, and Gynecology, located nearby. We urge the public once again not to spread misinformation.

‘Armenia’ Medical Center condolences to the family of the expectant mother on this tragedy,” the statement reads.
