VIDEO: ZPMC Secretly Donates 6.8% New Shares to the Government

The Republic of Armenia has received 188,947 shares as a donation from the limited liability company 'AMP' holding. Essentially, the shares received from 'AMP' holding, which is part of the 'Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine' (ZCMC), constitute 6.875 percent of the total shares of the 'Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine'. The authority to manage the received donation has been entrusted to the staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia.

According to the justification of the project, the rights confirmed by the 6.875 percent shares donated to the government by the closed joint-stock company 'Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine' will be transferred to the trust management of the closed joint-stock company 'Armenian State Interests Fund'.
