Video: Police Release Footage of Incident at Masis City Hall

An armed man stormed into the Masis City Hall. The police have released a video detailing the incident.

Earlier, it was reported that shots were fired during negotiations with the armed individual who had invaded the Masis City Hall. Officers from the Special Forces of the Police, led by the First Deputy Chief of Police Aram Hovhannisyan, entered the premises and discovered the body of 36-year-old Edward Margaryan with a gunshot wound to the head. He had committed suicide.
