VIDEO: 39-Year-Old Kapan Resident Grows Cannabis at Workplace

A 39-year-old resident of Kapan city has grown cannabis on the premises of one of the closed joint-stock companies in Kajaran. This information was reported by the police press service.

"On August 16, officers from the Main Department of Criminal Police's Drug Trafficking Prevention Division, alongside detectives from the Kapan division, discovered six cannabis plants behind the security post of the mentioned company, as well as a peculiar smelling greenish, dried, crushed substance prepared from the same plant in the locker room's storage area," the statement reads.

The man has confessed to law enforcement that both the discovered substance and the cannabis plants belong to him. He stated that he grew the cannabis and processed it for personal use. A criminal case has been initiated.
