Araik Harutyunyan on the New Corridor

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, received a group of members from the union of relatives of servicemen who lost their lives or went missing in the Third Artsakh War on August 15.

During the meeting, issues related to the activities of the union were discussed, emphasizing the importance of cooperation with relevant state authorities to clarify the legal regulations concerning the raised issues.

President Harutyunyan also addressed the recent escalations along the contact line and the issue of an alternative route between the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia, noting that the discussion pertains to a new corridor. The maintenance of this corridor will be carried out by the Russian peacekeepers stationed in Artsakh, in accordance with the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020. During the meeting, President Harutyunyan responded to several questions from those present.
