Current Situation in Artsakh: Defense Army Issues Statement

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh reports that as of the night of August 9 to 10 and by 09:00 AM, the operational situation along the contact line has been relatively stable despite some existing tensions. Significant violations of the ceasefire regime and incidents have not been recorded. Together with the Russian peacekeeping forces, efforts continue to be made toward further stabilization of the situation.
